The loveliest of all deciduous grasses creates a waterfall effect. The richly golden variegated foliage forms leafy mounds that flow in the same direction. When grown in full sun, it acquires nice reddish tints that persist into winter; in shaded sites it inclines to a shimmery lime-gold.
