We integrated the wide range of colors from our experimental breeding program into exquisite double flowered forms. These rare blooms display a full doubling of petals on robust, ready to bloom plants. All are one-of-a-kind.
Exquisitely detailed, each flower displays a spectacular combination of plum reds. The face of each flower appears pink at first blush, but upon closer inspection one sees creamy white veins painted over a background of lightly brushed rose, beautifully contrasting with edges finely picoteed in the darker rose found on the reverse. Long flowering stems raise the flowers prominently above the foliage, enhancing the show.

Almost perfectly round, these cupped blossoms resemble the blushed cheeks of a prized china doll. Delicate in appearance but tough as nails in the garden, it lasted rigorous selections to cull the weak traits out of either parent. Undoubtedly our most striking hybrid. Unusually clean, raspberry-mauve flowers are fully double, creating nodding heads of mum-like fullness atop 2-foot stems. Lift a bloom to see deep into the center. See where it glows with a touch of lime radiating into a smoky plum grape. A vigorous hybrid, effective in small groups as well as large sweeps in both part and full shade.
Barry GlickĘs recent introduction was discovered by a colleague on a seed-collecting expedition in the French Alps. Outstanding for its delicate, lacy, silvery foliage touched with red, and the contrasting red veining on the floral sheaths. Like all in this species, itĘs a very easy plant to accommodate in the garden. Provides the finest texture of all hellebores and often seeds around in average, even relatively dry soils
