Tricyrtis hirta $10.95
Toad Lily
Axillary and terminal flowers of finely spotted lavender-white, along handsome arching stems in September and October; one of the latest to blossom for us. Partially shaded conditions with adequate moisture, in resplendent cooperation with Aster macrophyllus, echoing the same soft lavender tones. 2 ft.
Tricyrtis 'Guilty Pleasure' has gold foliage throughout the season and a regal bearing. It's a stoloniferous perennial with orchid-like blooms of pink spotted lavender flowers like the species. A really amazing plant!
Exotic, fantastical orchid-like blooms, light lavender with dark purple spots flower above from the light green leaves. Held erect against dark burgundy stems, the leaves show with a striking variegation of wide cream margin. A breathtaking mutation of the already stunning T. æEmpressÆ, which we believe to be a T. hirta x formosana hybrid. Holds its form well without getting tall and leggy.
